DomestikGodess.com has published a guest post I wrote on Italian Food and how to cook it the original style. The conclusion might be a little surprising, I’d like to invite you to read it.
As some of you may know, the Zo’C blog started about food, because I am a hobby cook, but became a professional one.
This one, the Bee Side, is personal and subject is free, but I think that food is a subject that deserves more than just a personal blog and I think that Jen’s blog suits the subject best, so I’m glad she published it where her readers, as well as mine, can read it :-)
